I was looking for a homemade version of sun dried tomatoes as I couldn't find them in the place I live right now and by coincidence found this page! I urgently needed them for an olive-parm-tomatoe cake I was craving for, so I decided to make them on my own. I'm glad I found this recipe, because it's easy and very tasty!

I love the savory flavor of sun dried (or oven dried) tomatoes. One of my fav ways to use them is in stuffing for portobello mushrooms with barley, baby mozzarella, and herbs. Also, I like how you&#39;ve set up your new portfolio site- looks great!
